Q: Is the website safe?
A: We take security seriously. To ensure that orders are completed in the most secure way we have a 128-bit secure server with our SSL Certificate. Essentially what this means is that details are received with the highest level of security through Thawte secure line - https://www.hornytoad.com.au - our customer service and order fufillment is completed inhouse with Australian employees. We are independent.

Q: How will you send items? 
A: We send most orders with Australia Post, the larger items via Startrak.

Q: How much will delivery cost?
A: Delivery is a flat rate of $6 per order Australia wide. Which means your entire delivery cost will be $6 for an unlimited amount of products regardless of weight or shape anywhere in Australia. We have Express Post delivery at $9. Must fit in 3kg satchel and you must live in an Express Post area.

Q: How can I contact customer service?

Q: How do I check my order status?
A: You will receive email confirming order complete, you will receive another email with tracking number and delivery date.

Q: How long with delivery taken?
A: Depending on where you live it can be overnight or up to a week to send to

Q: What if no one home?
A: A note will be left in your letterbox to pick your parcel at a certain Post Office.

Q: Can I get my parcel delivered to my nearest post office.
A: If you don't want the parcel sent to your address we can send it to your nearest Post Office where you can pick it up. Just give us the details and address of the post office that you want us to send it to. We can also deliver to a Post Office box.

Q: What are the payment options?
A: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Bpay (Biller code: 204073 Reference number 00000025608, PayPal (spadefoot@adam.com.au), you can pay directly into our bank account (Westpac BSB no: 035-213, Account 154003). You can send cheque or postal order to: Spadefoot Enterprises, P.O. Box 204, Oaklands Park, Adelaide, SA 5046.

Q: Discretion and confidentiality?
A: All our customers are treated with the utmost confidentially. All parcels are in plain packaging with no reference as to hornytoad.com.au

Q: Sharing your detials?
A: Your details are secure, we do not sell or give your details to a third party.

Q: Can I exchange or refund a product(s)?
A: Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns or exchanges. You can understand we have to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Read the details before ordering. Would you like to buy from an adult shop which allow products to be returned?

Q: What if I receive a faulty product?
A: If your product is faulty, please let us know and we will proceed with either returning product or sending another.
